Das Projekt `may day´ präsentiert das kambodschanisch-deutsche Künstlerinnen Netzwerk.

Künstlerinnen: Vera Lossau, Sophal Neak, Lilla von Puttkamer, Carola Rümper, Sao Sreymao, Sao Sopheak.

Die interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Künstlerinnen des Projektes `may day` begann 2022. Seitdem wurden an unterschiedlichen Orten in Berlin (Deutschland) und Phnom Penh (Kambodscha) Projekte und Ausstellungen realisiert. Das Netzwerk wurde gegründet, um einen nachhaltigen Austausch zu etablieren. Kulturelle Unterschiede fließen in die diskursive, künstlerische Auseinandersetzung mit ein. Ein wichtiger Schwerpunkt des Netzwerkes ist die Realisation von Projekten in beiden Ländern.

The project "May Day" presents the Cambodian-German network of artists. 

artists: Vera Lossau, Sophal Neak, Lilla von Puttkamer, Carola Rümper, Sao Sreymao, Sao Sopheak. 

The intercultural collaboration between the artists of the "may day" project began in 2022. Since then, projects and exhibitions have been realized at various locations in Berlin (Germany) and Phnom Penh (Cambodia). The network was founded to establish a sustainable exchange. Cultural differences are incorporated into the discursive, artistic exploration. An important focus of the network is the realization of projects in both countries. 

Opening: November 16, 2025, 6 p.m. 

Exhibition duration: November 17, 2025 - February 27, 2026
